We collect account information you provide (name, work email, company details), the customer data you choose to store in your workspace, and technical data such as log and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
Data is used to provide the platform, support your team, secure the service, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Customer data ownership
The data you and your customers put into your workspace belongs to you. We process it on your instructions to deliver the service, and you can export or delete it.
AI processing
AI features process the data you connect in order to draft content, score records and answer questions inside your workspace. Your customer data is not used to train models for other organisations.
Sharing and subprocessors
We use infrastructure and service providers to run the platform. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and a current list is available on request.
Retention
Workspace data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to allow recovery, unless you request earlier deletion.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging and least-privilege internal access are applied across the platform.
Your rights
Depending on where you are based, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data. Contact us and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
