Terms of Service
A plain-language summary of the terms under which the platform is provided. Enterprise customers receive a full contract alongside these terms.
Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of the Nexson.ai platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for the security of your credentials and for the activity of users you invite into your workspace.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, to store data you have no right to process, to attempt to breach security, or to misrepresent automated communication where disclosure is legally required.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you store. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it in order to provide the service.
AI features
AI outputs are generated from the data and instructions you provide and can contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs used in customer-facing or regulated contexts.
Billing
Paid plans are quoted and invoiced according to the order agreed with your organisation. Fees are payable in advance of the billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Availability and support
We work to keep the platform available and secure. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical. Specific availability commitments, if any, are set out in your order.
Termination
Either party may terminate in line with the agreed order. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited as set out in your order.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are communicated to account administrators before they take effect.
